We never did find it so I left the house and stayed with friends on the weekend. I thought some Champagne would make me feel better. I wasn't planning on having a 17 hour bender though, only just recovering now...

Back home and there doesn't seem to be any sign of snakeness, I'm pretty sure the cat would've found it if it was still around. I still have my feet up on a chair just in case!! Sorry again to worry you!!!
