Nice work Angie...love Mr. Fancy Pants *!*
Mary, I would send a message to the "group" asking for swaps and a little about what you might be looking for...theme, colab or just general. Also, anyone that you may have swapped with before, say the dog group" might be interested in ATC's...I myself have not received anything from you as far as ATC's....I would be glad to swap with you...I send ATC's to quite a few Rebel members....
Hope this is helpful to you...Amy *!*
How do I find more names and addresses of swappers?
I received some beautiful "experiments" from Judy Staroscik in today's mail. Her decorated envelopes are always lovely, and there were two ATCs tucked inside an elegant red envelope along with a note.
The red envelope is richly decorated with red, gold and copper stamping. One of these years, we'll have web browsers that can render those bright and shiny things in a nicer way. Think glitter and glam ......
The top ATC honors Jackie Kennedy Onassis, and it features a rendering of Warhol's "Red Jackie" from 1964. Judy used a copper card stock, and I love the way it looks with the red and black text and image.
The bottom ATC is called "zest" and you might be able to see this word inside the dot that is the second from the bottom left. The coppery ribbon adds a bit of pizazz, and I really like the way some of the dots are punched out while others are glued into place.
This was a nice way to start the new mail art week, and I'll be sending you some of my own "experiments." Thanks, Judy!
