There was a treat for me in yesterday's mail, a colorful envelope from Judy Staroscik!

She just returned from a trip to Paris, and she sent along some souvenirs: a passport folder with a note inside, a photo of the colorful flower fields at Monet's garden in Giverny, and an ATC featuring a well known Parisian landmark!

I also wanted to show you the back of the envelope. This scan doesn't really do it justice, but there's a map featuring some of Paris's famous streets, including the Champs Elysees.

Thank you, Judy!

My most recent trade: a beautiful set of three ATCs from Cuan Miles, which arrived here in California on Saturday, July 6.

Also, don't you just love the big "I love mail art" sticker on the handmade envelope and the rainbow ATC-size envelope! Thanks, Cuan.

An envelope from Judy Staroscik arrived in my mail yesterday! There were two pretty bits of paper inside and an ATC.

The ATC is called "Emphasis" and Judy describes it as being an "INKY" experiment ... more fun!

I also wanted to show the back of the envelope. As you can see, it's made from a map, and the rubber stamp reminds us that "the journey awakens the soul."

Thanks, Judy!

There's no such thing as wrong mailart as art itself can be whatever it wants to be.
