Great pieces have been arriving for Maritime Mailart! I am not on Cranberry Island at the moment but my mum has emailed me to say that I have pieces waiting from: Herman Kamphuis, Eni Ilis, Meeah Williams, Rulf Leske, Kelly Groman, Borderline Grafix, Judy Staroscik, Rosanne Veronesi. There may be others. I will blog everything in a few weeks.
Above is one side of some of this great mail - from Carina Granlund. visit the blog to see the other side and all sides of the other mail I've posted so far. http://cranberryislandmailart.blogspot.co.uk
From Contessi Graziella (Bergamo, Italy)
another piece on the blog is this from Richard Baudet:
Also to arrive is this humorous piece from Miguel Jimenez:
There are lots of other pieces on the blog… these are just some of the last few I've blogged. Please visit and thank you to everyone who has sent me mail art!
Great Amy, I will put you on the list for a copy! And your enthusiasm is great!
I have put the catalogue for the Maritime Mail art exhibitions online:

I regret that I had to choose one (or in some cases a few smaller) images of what you sent me. The catalogue was made manually in Indesign and as it was it was a long undertaking... so sorry, but it's the best I could do this time. You can see everything on the blog:

I am planning to make some printed copies of the catalogue. I will send it to the printer once I correct everything - there are bound to be errors, so if you find any, please let me know and I will amend them. If you want a printed copy, let me know, although there may be a small cost this time.
Thanks again for your support!

Rebecca--Thank you for posting this entry. Of particular note is the envelope painting that is topped off by a serendipitous finding of the 1962 Winslow Homer commemorative stamp, "Breezing up", based on his 1876 painting. I had finished the watercolor pencil sketch and the stamp surfaced as I was trolling through my husband's stamp stash--it was the perfect finishing touch for the Maritime entry.
Thank you, too, for all your work to make the 2 mail art exhibitions a reality!
