There are no more questions for the new Fluxus artists to answer. We ARE Fluxus. We welcome the support of those who preceded us, but we don't need their approval. The only remaining question for those of the original generation of Fluxus is, "Do you want to be on the boat, or do you want to be left behind on the dock?" We have room for you. We will welcome you with open arms. We will give you all of the respect and admiration that you deserve. But we will not wait for you.

Respected international Fluxus-artists we Invite you for participation in the international project first in the south of Russia «Fluxus there lives» in the parallel project within the limits of Festival of modern art-2012 (Rostov-on-Don, Russia).
We invite to Take part in opening of the first Fluxus – galleries in Russia and in its exposition with the works.
The blog for the works which are taking part in an exposition will be created. Release of author's circulation of catalogs of handwork (the separate project) is planned.
Opening of the Fluxus-gallery first in Russia and exhibitions Fluxus - artists will take place in September, 2012. Coordinators of the project «Belka&Strelka» (Svetlana Pesetsky and Victoria Barvenko)

Manifesto yes! Where who how what and if not why not. Maybe do an infinite digital manifesto that allows for constant input by anyone concerned. Participatory democracy across the millennium and a worldwide collaborative project. IUOMA approved of course.
