Hey Mim, your min postcard #288 arrived here today. It's a beaut--I like it A LOT. Thank you, and I will practice my minimal min skill with another card to you.

Can't remember if I thanked you or not for the welcome, so consider this either a first or second thanks. If you provide me with your address I'll try to get something out to you in the next couple of weeks. I am a teacher, and this is only the second week of school for me, so life is suitably hectic, but I should be able to squeeze you in among my other few hundred commitments. :)

Thanks Mim!

Andy and JJ urged me to do this from the day I joined 365, and I had been meaning to...It seems that everything takes me a bit longer these days!

Hola Mim: a hummingbird, the "postbird" of Republik van Patland Postal Service, left heaven today and is on its way to VA.  Pay careful attention to the sky, postbirds usually arrive when no one expect them, mainly when they carry a Celestial Promise.  All the best from the heavenly Republik van Patland.

Look Mim! The "Fallen Tree" is an Ash tree, me thinks. Same clusters of seed pods, same type of leaves, yes????? (Thank you, google images ;-)

...and is that Richard Dryfus in your photo of the big fallen tree? Handsome guy!

Could you please get his autograph for me ;-)

Great blog, Mim, and I am lovin' those woven maps!

Bonsoir! 'This could be the last time, this could be the last time, baby the last time, I don't know': the Rolling Stones, circa 1967.

We DO have IUOMA membership cards. Well i do - ask ruud to send you one;

Dean has re-emerged, and sent me a piece of Northumberland (UK) slate, and a couple of beer mats. la Poste delivered it all too!

Bon weekend, Val

Bonsoir Mim! Thanks for the 'hand' card; i especiall liked the Milky Way lifeline. My left hand has chocolate lifelines -- Mily Way and mars Bars and kit Kats and Bounty bars etc. My right has biscuit lifelines -- bourbon, custard cream, ginger snaps, etc;

When are you coming to Paris?

is Dean OK? he has been unusually quiet in the last few days.

Hope you are all well...AND I really hope I can get to Paris and meet y'all next year.

Bestest, JE Sweefoo

Thanks for the card! Did you ever find mine? Poor George and his dentures. Family lore is that one of my relatives steered that historic boat trip across the Potomac.
