Medwolf, Yes, nice observation.
It's not etiquette to comment on the mail art I received, because it's actually a gift, but I can do it from a distance: I saw a tear on a feathered friend, and a furry friend, as an angry protector. I'm not sure it shows well in the photo. The postcard is embossed. Almost three-dimensional texture. It's very interesting to the touch. I'm amazed that it wasn't damaged in transit. It's also interesting that the Author asked me to choose a topic for her to work on. My answer was at a high level of abstraction: theater and music. So it's possible that this is some kind of illustration or interpretation. I have no feedback from the author.
