Needed: a crowded pub on London Marathon Sunday, April 26, 2015,
and a great "parea" of mail artist friends,
and a few other interesting characters:
Lots of fun materials and papers and postcards..and a Brit Postbox pencil sharpener:
and a whole lot of round-the-table collab work! Everyone is busy cutting and gluing
and drawing and even a bit of watercolor work, too:
Great Scott :-)
Stripygoose concentrating and creating,
Mail Art Martha getting help from Edmund ...
Well, MomKat is taking the photos, duh. (but also added her BLUE to some)
...here are a few of the results:
Thanks to Mail Art Martha, Stripygoose, Positively Postal,
and Andy and Elena...for an amazing mail art meet-up!
'Must do it again soon!

Hi Katerina;
We (Ali, Vermina, Infecto, Hubby and meself, to throw some Cockney in) have been on holiday for a month in France. Hot hot hot! Now the gang is busy preparing for Halloween, or, as they like to call it in ancient Celt, for Samhein. They are trying to brew cider in a hurry, I do not think it can work.
Do forgive him for not being in touch for so long, he cannot help being lazy; he is a cat after all.
Joking apart, a month is too long to be away from you all. I miss you and now I am spending a lovely time catching up. Hip hip hurray!
Will send some of our wet and cool northern Greece weather your way, Martha! It has been a real "London summer" here, and the UK seems to have gotten all our Greek sunshine ...and heat! Enjoy the remaining days of summer.
Oh how I miss the wet, grey, depressing London of Dickens, Sherlock and we, not long ago!
Not really. We had a good downpour for two days or so. Now back to the tropical place London has become.
The grass I am sorry to say stays yellow, the weeds in it are thriving as it cannot be cut. They are very interesting and the butterflies love the flowers
Back then, when London was cool and wet and we huddled in a warm pub making mail art...
Dear Brits, hoping the heat wave has gone and rain has made the grass green again. xxx
Yay! UK and barcodes arrived in Paris for InSeine !
Thanks for the blog:
Where oh where is "Hanging out in London"??? :-(
