Thanks so much for the card and the Thanksgiving well wishes. I'm looking forward to a little break for Thanksgiving in a couple of weeks, so many students being terrible lately. Got a few trips lined up for this coming winter break, I'll make sure to send you a card from the Dominican Republic. Gonna work on some thing soon. Would you like a zine to read in a few weeks? I need to write everything so no rush on the response.

Thanks, Katerina,

I was an member of IUOMA towards the beginning, years ago, when it was all for free, and one was "a member for life," as Rudd once told me. Well, okay, things do change, and I'll join up AGAIN and contribute (soon), but that sure was a great time. So, thanks

to all concerned for keeping the flags flying!

My EuroLife is getting complicated!

I might not be able to become Prime Minister of Greece after all, because it looks like Silvio B might be resigning from office in the very near future and I may be called to Rome instead.

What I'll be suggesting soon is that I am PM of Greece on Mondays and Wednesdays, of Italy on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and of Sigean on Friday. Which leaves me the weekend to do some (mail) art, play with the cats, etc.

We'll see if this is taken up, or not.

Regards, Val

Sunshine????!!!!

We have had about 750mms of rain here in the last 10 days. Usually we only get 250-300 per YEAR!

And it's going to rain all of next week.

And it's raining now.

This is supposed to be the South of France, not monsoony India.

I've given up cycling for now.

Glad you got the spammer.

Hope you got some sleep too.

Good luck tilting at those windmills today.

Bestest, Val

And I'm getting fed up of drying off cats who think it's a good idea to go out for a few minutes and get soaked before rushing back in and demanding that they are dried and brushed.

Shouldn't you have been asleep too, after midnight?

Mind your own business, Val!

I will -- meanwhile, thanks for thje warning.

Bon dimanche, Val

Katerina, of course! Thanks for the contact. Agoraspeed is an electronic magazine looking for different ways to experience literature and works of mixed media. Basically it is a critical experiment that aims to reflect on technology and new ways to take it, from the point of view of creators. That is why we approach IUOMA because we believe that the mail art combined with social networking allows it to revive and endure. And enjoy it! We are also clear that the origin of net.art, a very interest topic, is related to work of some members of Fluxus. We publish, of course, works of visual poetry and reflections about it. Here the page and the e-mail: http://agoraspeed.org, postliteraturas@gmail.com

Bonsoir! I got your banana sticker card -- for which mucha gracias.

If it stops raining (fat chance!) I'll make my way to the post office tomorrow and send tou something back, colplete with stickers from today's market.

If it doesn't stop raining, I might ask Bianca and:or Trouble to take it to the post office. they don't seem to mind getting too wet: I do.

Zalop!
