Earthling, this is the last but certainly not the least welcome message to IUOMA you receive. I’m a celestial mail artist living in a heavenly corner of the faraway universe called Republik van Patland. When you joined IUOMA on january 19th I was unable to welcome you on board.  At the time I was in a Celestial Journey far beyond the Milky Way. Now, back to planet Earth, I´d love to be the other end if you wish to trade mail art with a celestial mail artist. If this is the case at the time your envelope should read as follows:

The Celestial Scribe

Terrene Embassy

Republik van Patland

Caixa Postal 24827

I look forward to see a piece of yours in our terrene mailbox. I will do my homework after receiving your artwork. This is nothing less than a Celestial Promise. I’m Patricio, Celestial Scribe & Republik van Patland Official Envelope Provider.

Hi, for IUOMA members, we are the owners of an art gallery in Marseille, France, and organizing a Mail Art exhibit ''not for sale'' from June 3 to 30, 2014. The theme is: "Mermaids in the port, queens of the sea..." We invite you to participate and send an artist's letter. Free technique. On a postcard or any other object of your choice. Illustration, address and stamp on the same page. Deadline for hanging: May 10, 2014.   Send a work in mail format as original as possible. Send to: JC SARPI -  LE LAB 3 rue Bussy l'indien 13006    Marseille France
.We will answer each mail by sending Mail Art. Looking forward to presenting your works.  Thank you for giving the information to all the persons who may participate to the project. Look at http://lelab13006.blogspot.fr

Hello X, Glad you're back, even if "under" a new name. And now we have the internet to connect us - I'm the mentor for January, though you might not need one. The "New to IUOMA" and the group "Ask Anything" if you need info on getting around the Union and the site. My contact info is on my IUOMA page. Oh, and I've been to Leesburg, in the past during one of my jobs.

Want to support the IUOMA with a financial gift via PayPal?

The money will be used to keep the IUOMA-platform alive. Current donations keep platform online till 1-jan-2020.   If you want to donate to get IUOMA-publications into archives and museums please mention this with your donation. It will then be used to send some hardcopy books into museums and archives. You can order books yourself too at the IUOMA-Bookshop. That will sponsor the IUOMA as well.
