Year of the Horse, 2014 from MailArt Martha!

Wonderful mail art arrived in Greece from Mailart Martha!

There is a excellently carved rubber stamp of the horse, full of energy for this year.

Martha knows how to create beautifully colored "rainbow" designs!

Comment by Mail Art Martha on March 3, 2014 at 9:41am: I am so glad you enjoyed it Katerina. The horse was called Danty and lived in a field near a place I used to visit. She was very friendly with me but didn't like to be ridden by her owner. Of course I never rode her, just stroked her, fed her apples and did lots of sketches, Danty apreciated that and we were the best of friends. She was sold because the girl went to University and had no time for the horse. Boo hoo!
