Katerina Nikoltsou: Two forks in the hand is better than three on your plate

Two forks arrived in a plastic case from Greece without an envelope.  It has the mystic words; "Kate Valetine".  What could this mean?  Who could this be from?  Should I open it?  What should I send back?  The pressures of Mail Art, normal people will never understand.

Thank you Katerina for sending this mail art, and maybe thank you Val for putting your fork into it.

When your not carrying a map, two forks in your hand is better than one in the road.   Spooning?

Careful Dean, as spooning can lead to forking. Ugh, groan. Can't believe that one wasn't already here! ;-0

And better than one in your back :-)))

Yes Erni, I still have the knifes you sent me in the very beginning.  They were on the cutting edge of Mail Art at the time.  (More groans)  But let me tell you, your Mail Art still cuts the mustard! (Groan over Beethoven or is the Roll over?)

No envelope? Katerina obviously couldn't afford to fork out on one. (Groans all round)

Not that "size" makes any difference, but the smaller fork is from our dear Valentine.

It was in a packet of nice mail art omens that he gave me in Sigean...so it has traveled

back and forth to France a few times! Spot the little fork:

The other fork came with a bag of fries...oh, right, FRENCH fries :-)

Whahooo! This is a major mail art break-through!

Not only did HELLas Post and La Poste get it to you in record time,

(less than 40 hours!!!)..but it arrived from Nikoltsou WITHOUT an envelope.

A little experiment that I tried and it worked!!!

Open and remove forks to see nice tropical island :-)
