Great stamped envelope and add-and-pass-on-printed-matter from Ruud!

I always wonder how Ruud succeeds in printing his stamps so well: you can see that all stamps are colouring completely!. While mine almost always leave some white (and when I try to solve it by using more  ink, there appear extra spots :-) ) !

Thank you very much, hartelijk dank, Ruud!

Thank's, I'll check into it and get some included oil!

Comment by Ruud Janssen on September 27, 2013 at 5:52pm

there is ink that includes oil. Yes, it does go through thin paper.  There is also ink that has an equivilent addition. Just buy a good brand, and that will work fine.

Is there already oil as an ingredient in the ink or do You have to add oil Ruud? I find it hard to get good ink, I prefer Artline, it is close to the only brand on the market here. Nice envelopes!!

great to see it arrived. Also great to hear what others see in my abstract art......

A big painted envelope - thank you very much, Ruud!
The first thing that came into my mind (apart from the joy of seeing the bright colours Ruud has been using, as well as the great postage and rubber stamps ) was that someone was falling off the pommel horse.
But I might be wrong and probably this is one of Ruud's famous abstract painted envelopes (as I'm not able to create abstract art, I also never succeed in seeing no figurative things in non-figurative art...).

On the back a nice hand stamped stamp, love it!

And.... Work to do! An add-to-and-send (I'll work on that later, first I have to finish E's add-and-pass Cavellini, hope soon...), and...

... Sixteen blank Collage of Rubberstamps sheets! Below you see two of them.
Recently I created a few more rubberstamps, which I will add in the coming weeks.
And I already have some people in mind to send a collage sheet to. If anyone of you thinks it a nice idea to have your and my rubberstamps sharing a sheet of paper, cosily together in the TAM archive, please let me know, then I'll send you a (by nr [1] ) stamped) collage sheet, too.

Thank you very much, hartelijk dank, Ruud!

will need to leave a bit of space for the postal office to print their stuff.....

I don't Always used oil-based ink. Yes, in the years it soaks into the paper. So works only whem used thick paper......

Thank you, Ruud, for revealing part of your secrets :-)
I'm a bit reluctant to use oil-based stamp ink. Although the oil-based ink apparently provides more solid prints, to my experience the oil also affects the paper (= flows out, especially on 'cheap paper' like most of my envelopes are :-)
But I'll keep your words in mind, it's a clear explanation!

And... Thank you so much for a new stamped envelope, again great stamps!

And thanks to PostNL! So nice that this Post Company not only added the common canceling stamp but also took time to add an other interesting stamp (hope they'll stamp it on a blank part of the envelope next time) :-)
