An envelope with multi-stampings from Ruud arrived in Greece

Always intrigued by the many "Words of Wisdom" stamped around: Keep smiling!

And how fantastic to have the Dutch Post accept an artistamp as real postage!

Inside contents were 4 sheets for the Rubber Stamp Archive...which is 30 years old this year?

Immediately played with some of the rubber stamps that Vizma has sent from Australia:

and added a few new combos with my eraser stamps...

off they go to Ruud for the Archives!

Comment by Ruud Janssen on October 26, 2013 at 7:13am: In a lot of countries these possibilities are there now. Also in the USA, Germany, Netherlands, Greece. Personified postage stamps can be ordered and made, so you have unique postage on the envelope.

The US Post was doing that some time ago with personal family photos, but I don't know if that continues or not.

And just for a few months the Greek Post did postages stamps with a personal photo and an ancient sculpture:
