Received this damaged bit of mail - address only with a rabbit!
Did anyone here send this? Or have a clue who may have? It obviously was separated from the card or envelope which it had been attached. Darn it. We all need to be really good with adhesives! Thanks for any help.

Might be from an envelope of Kathy Barnett in Missouri?
But then the "Plant Manager" is "Portland, Oregon"...so someone from Oregon?
