RECEIVED: Skybridge Studios' Year of the Rabbit Banishes the Mail-Art Monkeys (North Manchester, Indiana, USA)

Mail-art by IUOMA member Skybridge Studios (North Manchester, Indiana, USA)

February 15, 2011 - Skybridge Studios' Year of the Rabbit mail-art currently in circulation hardly needs introduction or explanation. I daresay it seems to be nearly iconic already. From what I have seen, versions have been sent out in different colors. I am keeping my Year of the Rabbit nearby as a talisman to ward off the mail-art monkeys of the past year who brought havoc and mischief at the most unexpected times. This is a total work of art. Here is the reverse side:

Many thanks to Skybridge for including me in this mailing.

The orange version with orange stamp is really cool. And Lisa's calligraphy is ever so beautiful!

It really has become iconic- and never fails to make me smile whenever it pops up!  (Hops up?)
