The weather has been so fine and dry during May and June of this year it has tempted me outside. I have been trying some quick pencil sketches of scenes in Waterlow Park, London, UK.  One problem I encountered was that the reflected light from the drawing page was so bright and dazzling I had trouble seeing what I was drawing!  Have you ever encountered this issue?  What solutions did you find that helped? Do you have any tips for sketching outdoors?
