Leopard skull ethching

Can anyone help me identify the artist? The handwriting looks like Brix Skwikz, but the stamps are not from Brazil...

Also...wh uses that cubed stamping...with the "R"? It's a mystery!

But otherwise, maybe someone used a print from zazzle (I still think the style is similar, see e.g. the horse skull)? Or is your received mail art an original etch?
Hopefully someone can help / tell us!
