Incoming: Circulaire 132, Debra Mulnick and Cascadia Artpost

Selections from a new issue of the mail art assembling zine Circulaire 132. Projects like this are particularly nice in times like these when there still is no regular air mail service from Taiwan to many countries. I may not be able to mail to some old friends, but we can meet together in these sort of projects.

Debra sends some name worthy vispo.

Cascadia Artpost sends some more ticket aristamps. My contribution isn't a proper ticket, but I'm very happy to be included.
