Wanna live virtually through my mailbox? It was a REEEEAAAAALLLLLYYYY good mailday!

Please share my visual pleasure but before I start the show let me take a second to give mad props and much thanks to all my wonderful mailart senders for these treasures, they are all uniquely wonderful!!!  A big THANK-YOU toTest Tower, Vizma Bruns, Stefano Fossiant, Patricio the C Scribe, Guido Vermeulen and last but certainly not least Claudia McGill...I will be smiling for the rest of the night I am sure :))))))))))))))))))) Thank-you all!!!!

First up Vizma my favorite Australian, she sends hippie dippy arty farty mail for the kid in a great stamped envelope in proper VizStyle. She could've sent a cheesy spread your wings message but instead she said "BIRDS" in Australia are very colorful and they sure are...WOW! Great photograph! and as a special little bonus for me she sent a dozen Australian animal stamps loosely mounted so I can freely pull off fo future mailart use...so fun, will definitely be thinking about where I can stick a few of these. Thanks Velly!

Guido sends a wonderfully painted envelope that boldly declares "To love you is like working in a chain gang". It makes me think he might've know my Dad when I was a teenager...I like to think I'm a little easier to love now ;) Thanks Guido

Stefano Fossiant Sini sent me Peace and Love mail which made me feel a little better after Guido's message ;)

Peace, Love and Respect is his message...count me in! Thanks Stefano <3

Test Tower sends another installation from Heebee Jeebeeland for my hippie dippy artcall...this one is called Adventures in Science and an adventure it is. I must say I'm most curious about this 4th dimension where Heebee Jeebeeland is found.

and on the back A Box of Rain...forever grateful, thanks Test ;)

Patricio sends an envelope dispatched from the Terrenne Depository of Celestial Envelopes and delivered by the Postbird of Patland telling me to put Heaven in my travel plans...thanks Patricio, that's the plan ;)

and for the finale..the one that was too big for the box...a super big, ultra fab painted collage also done for the hippie dippy artcall sent in by Claudia McGill and appropriately named Salsa Singer. Unfortunately for you, it's a little bigger than my scanner so you don't get the full effect but you get the idea. Thanks Claudia and all the other wonderful mailartists and new friends who made my day and are going to make Jake's first place the coolest ever...he should be well inspired with all that has come to him so far.  If any of you are interested in the hippie dippy artcall you can check it out at http://hippiedippyartcall.blogspot.com

It's a date but let me say now I don't want any part of the root cellar once we get to the BMAF.  With that said I shall move the Great Barrier Reef higher up the Bucket List so we won't be too old to get into trouble  ;)

Nice haul there Cara! I now, of course, have "Box of Rain" stuck in my head.   :)
