From Katerina Nicoltsou and Georgia Grigoriadou

I KNOW these two are enjoying sun and sand - aside from telling us so - their work LOOKS like it!  This is one lady on IUOMA that I KNOW heart matters to.  MomKat is supportive of everyone, sends out work like a MACHINE and collaboratives with a giving spirit ALL THE TIME!! The heart is an asemic matter too for sure - we unconsciously write on it and into it ALL  the time. A tablet of living flesh. Thats what this looks like.

Stamps of every sort, tonal blues of a very recognizable Greek sky palette.  My Greek Column is growing again I am pleased to announce - thank you MomKat - your asemic # 3 contribution - GREAT also - thank you for stepping in - as DVS said a while back - collaborations are NOT the same without a bit of you :-) X

Georgia is not part of the Asemic project but I can see she is experimenting with this medium - with FAB success. This stab-bound booklet is a joy.  Stamps, collage and asemics on buff sugar paper with marginalia - its a  beauty for sure.

Writing like birds in flight sweep through Georgia's unconscious, taking me places that only books have the power to do.  Georgia was skin diving during the holidays. And now she's taking me book diving. THANK YOU!

AND - a card from Georgia's Face Project which we all know so well. Old Blue Eyes. The King for a Day.

Thank you  both - MAN!! I'm chuffed :-) XX

Sorry been out all day at my drawing class and a birthday lunch, but guess what I've been humming all day....

Cheryl's MIA - hasn't checked in at the usual time. Now you see the constant concern for the SA Mail-art School? They're always battling the monkeys.

it is FAB!

Cheryl, the South African expressions have enriched the network, IMHO! They've really "caught on"! I've been trying to think where this FAB thing came from. Of course, the Beatles were the FAB four. I looked it up, but forgot, but I think the Beatles last played in South Africa circa 1963. So I'm thinking, you were all so impressed with the boys from the Motherland that FAB somehow became a permanent expression. We have strayed far from  Greece here, but it's somehow connected/

:-))) - DVS - you just end up managing to sound droll! You need exclamation marks and CAPITAL LETTERS to get the full impact of FAB if the (whatever) POPPED!!!!!  You know how hard it is to keep the monkeys looking at you the RIGHT way so you photograph sans blue - its a feat of MONUMENTAL proportions.  LMF - they brought the bills to my house - sans birds ;-)  X P.S. unfab was D.W.'s I think - that was great! My imagination is running completely wild, reading this conversation.

Now I understand LMF, some things are better left to the imagination. Just refrain from touching them, as they might be suffering from a medical condition that makes them, as Cheryl calls it, "cross." Or, trying to communicated with you in your dialect: This would not be "fab." The monkeys might "pop."

Lucky no mail art DVS - only BORING bills which I am glad they ripped up. I havn't seen monkeys with hats on yet, they wear the blue items other end.... I shall try to get a pic for you but I may look like a perv.

Oh yes, some of them are very angry because GA expelled them from his studio. Whose mail did they destroy? Marie is not to be blamed for her role. Blue balls. Do you mean they wear hats with those pom pom things? That must be funny.
