Another one of those mystery Mail Artist.  Sent from the US, the painting looks like an "E" style.  Refers to the rue Monde which was a music fest on the 5-6 May in Paris.  Any guesses?

Too bad we did not meet up if this person was in Paris.

Actually David will be in Paris this 4 days weekend, so we hope to meet up.  It will be great to meet him and pull that "A" out of his head once and for all.  Or is it putting it back in?

Stephanie and Katerina are correct...but the reference to the music fest is entirely serendipitous...and yes oui are  coming to Paris on the 17th. Love to connect somehow....(Katerina, I do have a rubber stamp! See lower left hand corner....) At the risk of destroying other people's interpretations (and certainly everyone is entitled to their point of view) but my take on this is dark. The banshee, who traditionally wails before someone dies, is called to Rue Monde to issue one last cry...for the planet itself. It's odd how often I return to this theme.

Yep, Stephanie is correct..it is David's art and his colorful  calligraphy for names. He has not been signing his mail art...must get him to do that, or some kind of recognizable rubber stamping? Well, you have a Banshee de rue Monde! Fun!
