From Cheryl Penn, Sandra Granthon, and JJalltheway

Following Cheryl's example when blog is backed up: Very late to the blog due to a mix-up, this is Cheryl's fabulous Ghostwriter Part 4, which knocked my sox off when I opened it. It says: "He was CERTAIN the link was Durers self portrait -- The likeness was unmistakable" and "The manuscripts revealed NOTHING" and "Bound by Betrayal. No-one he could trust." Plenty ghostly, the piece has almost lost backgrounds such as parts of crosswords, faint backwards sign or label, and asemic writing OR another language not translatable by me. And the face on this guy is incredible. All very intriguing and thought-provoking, Cheryl, thank you!

The next photo is Sandra Granthon's ATC (my first ATC ever) and note of explanation: This "cheerful" ATC is lovely, and Lancaster Farmacy also looks like a cool place to volunteer! Under Sandra's collage it has what looks to be a fine statement about what it does. The statement and collage go very nicely together. Thank you, Sandra ~

Out of the blue came JJalltheway's postcard, number 185 of her 365:

Completely unexpected, this is a great postcard with powerful messages and I was very glad to receive it, along with a really nice note from JJ. The envelope is shown too because it's fantastic, and also because the hand-cancel looks like a beauty to me. Thank you, JJ ~

Great blog and great art! it looks like Durer was way ahead of his times, you're right, there is something special about that portrait.

REALLY?! Oh there it is, I just looked him up! Thank you for bringing this handsome face front and center. Also the hair. You should see what sometimes happens to the Renaissance in American history textbooks ... but never mind.
