Artist in seine #2 also arrived, this wrapped in paper bag?

The postal clerk "assumed" that the paper bag being from France,

must be wrapped with the other item from France...and rubber-band fastened, too.

However, while one might expect a paper bag from In Seine, it was indeed from TiAr (blog coming)

Artist in Seine sent scents of Paris on his mail art card:

But with postage from......Sri Lanka! Wow!

That's a first for me! Special joy to follow In Seine as he travels around the world!

Nice bar codes, and a regal Lion, too, on the flip side!

All the best A-i-S! Happy travels to you...

xxx and many thanks for all you send.

The people were very nice and correct.  There was suppose to be a post office at the top of Adam's Peak, but I couldn't find it.  A man at the info desk said that the postman climbs those steps everyday, and he would give him my "postcards" when he arrived later that afternoon.  The round trip it took me 8  hours, but I'm sure the postman doesn't take as many of photos as I do.

Oh, my, that is a fantastic sunrise! Adam's Peak...way up all those steps?

"At my age" that cannot be on my bucket list :-(

Thanks for sharing this  unique place and experience! Wow!

Yes Adam's peak for sure.  5Km of steps just to get a peek of the foot print at the top.  A very long day which started at 1am.  But what a sunrise.

Morning has broken
