I finished a few cards to send out.  This series is made from bird seed bags and are made from scraps remaining after making shopping bags.  I love the graphics on the bags and the woven plastic is an interesting material to work with.

Oh, thanks Patty and all.  Patty, I just looked at your blog, I am rather fond of postcards as well and really like the ones you posted those you found at a flea market and those you made and received.  I found some this week for the Austin bat colony.  (That's the small mammals we normally associate with Halloween.)  There's bridge over the main river through town that has expansion joints the bats sleep in during the day and fly out at sunset. They say it's the largest urban bat colony, although I'm not sure other cities would brag about such a thing. I was trying to decide if I had to alter it to call it mail art, but I really just like it the way it is...
