Adjusting exhibition catalogue

The exhibition catalogue is here.  Visitors have responded really well to this show.  Many had never heard of Mail Art and were very intrigued.  The long-range use of the archived show is being planned now, with area schools already asking about its availability.

Thanks to you all for participating.

The deadline approaches

Hello everyone!

I just wanted to say,  as we enter the last two weeks before the exhibition deadline that the response has been phenomenal!  Over 150 entries from 29 countries and in such variety it is a wonderful testament to creativity and action.  Thank you.

We are going ahead with the exhibition, barring some lockdown by the Irish government.  We are doing a dance with a virus.

I hope you all remain healthy and safe.

Featured entry from Hill Hirta Caccar

This really wonderful entry came from Italy’s Hill Hirta Caccar, and is hand carved wood painted on both sides. Very satisfying to hold in the hands.

Our “Adjusting” show now has entries from 18 countries and mail is arriving every day. We are grateful for this terrific response. The deadline for entries is 20 September. …

Some more things...

A few more Ghost Club cards, some low-impact, vaguely threatening flowers, and a couple of other things from last week.

Thanks for all the interest and positive messages for the "Adjusting" show.  As 3 Mustaphas 3 used to say:  "Forward in all directions!"…

more stuff from inside the house

Another little batch of things made with latex house paint and food boxes.  For some reason "Ghost Club" has been rattling around in my head.

Looking forward to mailing some of this stuff out this week.

Wishing you all good health.…

Lockdown residue

A few things waiting to be sent out once the post office opens back up.   Made from things around the house:  food boxes, latex housepaint, highlighters, and utility knife blade.

Exhibition status

The exhibition is still proceeding as planned, with a September 25 opening. We will re-evaluate mid-summer.  If the situation changes, we have a few options available including postponement, an online version and more.

We appreciate the terrific response so far, but please be safe and remember the deadline for entries isn't until mid-September.
