Received from MAIL4FREEDOM

Many materials! As a non-reader/speaker of Italian I am finding them a challenge, but the instruction to "fun yourself" makes a lot of sense to me. The CD, with sounds/songs such as "Several Species of Big Wet Animals Gathered Together In An Undersea Cave and Grooving With a PC," "Whales Cry," and "Disco In Sealand," has already been listened to and is quite interesting. Don't let the cover…

Blue tape- ATCs from Karen Champlin and MinXus stamps from Dark wall

I have several blue tape envelopes from Karen Champlin. I don't really know what Karen and De Villo's blue tape collaboration really is about, but I take it as a seal of quality :-)) Her ATCs are pocket-size masterpieces. Extremely well crafted. I love the neatly punched holes on those (and the A inside!). Every time I see them I think yes, she truly is the…

Stamp or forensics item?

I just made a stamp which can easily be mistaken as a mysterious blunt item in forensics?  In fact it is two stamps in one - or one for a very huge letter ;-))

C T Chew sent "world's most valuable stamps enclosed" for my very own

What a nice guy:

It was Angie&Snooky, I believe, who received this recently, and I commented very covetously about it.  Voila, Carl sends me one of my own!  Of course one of the best parts is this, on the back of the envelope:

There…

Moving Along

I finally was able to get a set of cards done and here they are. I really liked doing mixed media but am ready to try something else. A fabric card or painting. Cut paper maybe. Too many ideas and not enough time. Oh well, I shall move along, keep going and see what happens. I do like the idea of using up some of my art supplies that have been sitting around. Now I can plan a road trip to get more.…
