Does anyone know Norma Duffin?

I was wondering if anyone knows a “Norma Duffin”. She’s in her upper 80’s and still alive. I believe that she is a mail artist. I bought a bunch of her rubber stamps from someone who got them from her estate sale. She had (and now I have) rubber stamps that say “Mail Art”, “Rubber Stamp Artist”, “Norma for President, “Arte Postal”, as well as many other referencing mail art, rubber stamping, snail mail, and more. I hope to learn if she was/is a mail artist and more about her. Thanks!
