yes, yes YES. All your remarks are correct. There is an Indian Summer in Montana, but it is really like Germany. I forgot about the seasons when I put the state of Montana on the stamp, instead of the state of Texas.

I have a few astronomy stamps; they await the latest news from the telescope people. Tomorrow I will do your Sharon Silverman Sky stamp.

ah, there are evergreens, and ever-australias, or in Texas, not much change until December. But then...there's not actual date to an archeological dig: it could be any time, anywhere. My favorites are watching the stars, billions of years old, camping out up there. However, that being said ..I forgot to make the seasonal adjustment.
