Information

Zombie Kitty Kawaii! Travels The World!

Zombie Kitty Kawaii! wants to travel the World and needs your help! This project is part "Flat Stanly", part "Add and Pass" and part "Roaming Gnome". Let me explain:
1) Zombie Kitty Kawaii! will arrive on your doorstep needing a place to stay. Of course, you will have to entertain her; take her to a favorite cafe, a famous landmark or any place of your choosing (shopping, perhaps?). Photograph yourself with Zombie Kitty Kawaii! (camera phone is fine) and email to zombiekittykawaii@gmail.com or post it here, telling me what you guys did while she was visiting.
2) Stamp her Passport (or draw something or write something.).
3)Send her on her merry way to another address.
4) When her "Passport" is full or expired, send her home to me.

All photos emailed and Zombie Kitty Kawaii! News will be posted on The Zombie Kitty Kawaii! Travels The World Blog.

If you happen to send out a postcard on Zombie Kitty Kawaii!'s behalf, I will post something nice back to you for helping her. You can send your postcards to:

Thanks again for having her visit.

(Depending on how many takers I get for this project, I may have to send out her twin sister, "Zombie Kitty Kawaii!2")

Much like ZKK and ZMK, I'm down with a cold today. I posted Mim's photo, but will post the "Sunday stroll", sometime tomorrow when I feel a bit more chipper.

Our Sunday stroll.  A couple hours stroll through Paris and we ran into a street flea market.  It always amazes me on when you go for a stroll in Paris, you always fall upon something strange and interesting.

Only 200 euros (Kat, fleas and taxes included)

"A bargain",  I said to my wife.  "Ask them how much without the Kat.", she said

"220 euros", said the flea market man

Very funny Vizma, I love the red KAT.  I would go well with my carpet.  Of course what we were really looking forward to was the Kat & the host at Maslin Beach.  But I loved the sandals, and leaves me with my imagination to fill in the rest!  Taken at their studio in PAris, note Mim's Mona Lisa series in the back ground.  They were fun to see.

This is a photo from Mim.  It's Fat Kat & a Monkey which seems to be a thing Mim is doing which is simular to the Kats.

Now posted!

I hope your "fridge" trick worked, Vizma. Maybe she'll start listening to you.

Ohhh. Poor "Mini". She looks like a cooked East Coast lobster! Both these Zombie Kitty's are having their fair share of traveling ills.

Mini Kawaii decided to go to the beach on her own yesterday, even after my stern warning about the dangerous Aussie sun. She thought it'd be fun to try to get an all-over tan in one day down at Maslin's, the nudist beach. I hope these photos aren't too explicit...

She shed her last bits of fur, popped on the sunnies and spent the entire day in the sun.

Now she's home, leaning against a cool wall in the shade. I might put her in the fridge overnight...I did warn her!!

That's a great photo (and rant); it made for a beautiful blog post. I used Kat's delicious photo and quote as well. I used your quote as well Angie (if only cats spit up hairballs in rectangles!).  I hope you guys like it:

@vizma, the trick with Mini Kawaii! is you go to trap her in your bag or back of your purse and just drag her along kicking and meowing...but, watch out for the flying limbs... see: http://zombiekittykawaii.blogspot.com/2012/01/continuing-adventures...

@Amy I even used your great sound effect! Hope that's ok.

I thought she was practising her red carpet walk for the Grammies!!

Well I don't want to say any not nice, but what exactly were you feeding her in Greece before you sent her to Paris?  Greek wine, cheese & bread was maybe not a good idea.  (Notice how Kitty becomes a "her" when something bad happens.)

We thought to be going to the Eiffel Tower today, but Kitty doesn't look too good.  How long does it take a Zombie Kat to get over this hair ball stuff?  Besides, I have to clean the carpet today!   On the bright side, this red hair ball stuff looks like it will made an interesting Mail Art Card ... now who should I send it to?

Wow, I wish I had the big Kitty here! She's so grown up! Mini Zombie has no interest in galleries or cave paintings or anything cultural at all. This morning at breakfast we discussed the day's plans and she refused to do anything I suggested. She wanted to go to the beach, but I said that it was far too scorchingly hot today, even the brie on the table melted into a soup right in front of our eyes. (Well, her one eye.)

Anyway, this led to a bit of a fight and she's stormed off to the beach all on her own. I warned her but what could I do?

Oh well, I'll check in with you all later with an update.
