Information

Zombie Kitty Kawaii! Travels The World!

Zombie Kitty Kawaii! wants to travel the World and needs your help! This project is part "Flat Stanly", part "Add and Pass" and part "Roaming Gnome". Let me explain:
1) Zombie Kitty Kawaii! will arrive on your doorstep needing a place to stay. Of course, you will have to entertain her; take her to a favorite cafe, a famous landmark or any place of your choosing (shopping, perhaps?). Photograph yourself with Zombie Kitty Kawaii! (camera phone is fine) and email to zombiekittykawaii@gmail.com or post it here, telling me what you guys did while she was visiting.
2) Stamp her Passport (or draw something or write something.).
3)Send her on her merry way to another address.
4) When her "Passport" is full or expired, send her home to me.

All photos emailed and Zombie Kitty Kawaii! News will be posted on The Zombie Kitty Kawaii! Travels The World Blog.

If you happen to send out a postcard on Zombie Kitty Kawaii!'s behalf, I will post something nice back to you for helping her. You can send your postcards to:

Thanks again for having her visit.

(Depending on how many takers I get for this project, I may have to send out her twin sister, "Zombie Kitty Kawaii!2")

Fortunately, I do have a copy of her passport on my computer, which I can print off, add a cover to and send off to you, Martha, in the next day or so. In the meantime, I'm sure she will enjoy sunny Greece. Sound good?
ZKK is probably not the first to lose a passport, I'm sure. It's all part of the adventure, isn't it?

Sounds like a good plan, Louise:

Send ZKK2 passport to Mail Art Martha in London FIRST,

and then , Martha, you can send it to  me  in Greece?

Thank you...Zombie will wait patiently here before

continuing on her travels!

Hi Everybody in ZKK Friend's Network. Things are getting very weird. Kitty loosing her passport is amazing enough then the saga of her disappearance and lucky return, which must have been so worrying for Katerina and Vizma. And over here all is not well either. Usually I get a message when somebody comments in the groups I suscribe to, but it is a long time I haven't got any from you. Since I sent the eBook actually. So forgive me if you thought I was ungrateful and a belated thank you, Louise. Yes the Issuu site is super and I am having great fun with it.I am thinking of forming a Mail Art group or perhaps even an IOUMA group. With you LouiIse there are four of us there that I know of.  I will discuse it with Ruud  first.

As to the passport could you send it to me please, Louise? Not only Kitty should have a complete record of her travels but I delayed her leaving to make a new rubber stamp! I would love the opportunity to stamp it again. There is a lesson to be learned here: scan everything you send out first.

No worries, Katerina. I can send a new passport your way.
Things get lost when you travel. It happens.
I like her new t-shirt! Beautiful Greek blue!

Now then, we must ask Louise to please send us a new passport...send it to Greece and we will wait for it before sending ZKK2 on to ...wherever she is going after Greece?

In the meantime...

Zombie likes to sit and play on the "White Leopard" (MacBook),\even though it doesn't have a mouse :-) She likes the BLUE!

And she sends her greetings to all here at IUOMA and Zombie Group!

All is not lost...ZKK does have her Gold Medal! And her Canada and London T-shirts...also a torn gold bag.

Her she is with her nice green Canada shirt:

And in her official London Olympics shirt,

with her Gold Medal! Nice pink and matching beret!

To make Zombie Kitty feel better, I made her a Greek T-shirt (in BLUE, of course) for watching the Olympics. She knows that officially at the Olympics, the Greek team wears "HELLAS"..the name for the Hellenic country of the Hellenes as how the Greeks call themselves. (and nothing to do with Hell As$)

Oh, dear, poor Zombie Kitty Kawaii2. she was a victim of a robbery, and there is no way that we can track down the theif! Though i sure would like to know WHY someone would steal ZKK2's passport (some illegal imigrant in Greece???) and her Olympic torch?

Zombie Kitty was in a big A4 envelope and inside a nice zip-plastic baggie.

However, you remember how ZKK "slipped" away from Vizma on the beach? Well, the whole nylon zip-baggie with ZKK and her belonings was lost for about 10-15 minutes. It must have slipped out of Vizma's hand that she was also carrying her beach towel. I am thinking that it fell on our way to the umbrellas, for when we arrived at the beach, Vizma didn't have the package with ZKK :-(

Yes, we looked EVERYWHERE! We went back to the car, under the car, back along our steps to the umbrellas ...could it have fallen somewhere in the sand and someone picked it up? Yes...because when I asked the beach-gal when we ordered our drinks if she had seen a "Cardboard Cat"...she said she look around and ask.

As Vizma and I made a second trip back to the car, searching once again along the way and in and out and under the car...then came up to us the beach-gal: "Is this what you are looking for?" And there was Zombie Kitty in the plastic baggie.

We did NOT check to see what is in the baggie, but just took photos of Zombie Kitty at the beach with us. Later, when I had returned home, and looking through the package from Mail Art Martha, did I realize that there is NO passport...and Martha wrote that there should be the Olympic Torch inside, too.

Gone. No pasport  and no torch! So sad :-(

Not in the packet that Mail Art Martha sent.

The "gold" bag that Martha made has been torn in half, and that was where the passport was. Who would do such a thing? And then put the rest in the baggie and give it to the beach-gal? Well, we will not find out, but it makes me and Zombie Kitty very sad

I put a link to your "Issuu" page, so people can check out the other books you have done. They're great!

Wow! This is really too cool, Martha! I'll be putting this up right away. I just downloaded it for myself and will be printing it off. Thanks for creating such a fantastic document.

And, thank you for putting me on to Issuu. I'll probably start using it. It's way cool.
