My question to the group has moved to page 2 of the comments. I'm still wondering what the protocol is for ephemera sent with A&P books. Thanks for any help!!

Willemien, I will send you the A&P book started by Kayenderes. I am also willing to work in any book.

Got and add and pass from Margaret Jeddrey. Thanks Margaret, will be adding and moving along soon. It fits into an A7 envelope. Any takers when I'm done?
