How to Make a Dadaist Poem
(method of Tristan Tzara)

To make a Dadaist poem:

  • Take a newspaper.
  • Take a pair of scissors.
  • Choose an article as long as you are planning to make your poem.
  • Cut out the article.
  • Then cut out each of the words that make up this article and put them in a bag.
  • Shake it gently.
  • Then take out the scraps one after the other in the order in which they left the bag.
  • Copy conscientiously.
  • The poem will be like you.
  • And here are you a writer, infinitely original and endowed with a sensibility that is charming though beyond the understanding of the vulgar.

30.09.15 Dare Ana Kawajiri, ...I wish to re-submit my proposal of June 24, 2015. "...All best wishes for your Dada Poetry project ..... I submit the following: Cut & remove the name "Tristan Tzara" from all articles relating to Dada from all newspapers, magazines, books, essays, etc., etc. ....Sincerely, Richard Canard"

I'm quite new here in the group and here is my first result.

I don't have any Danish newspapers or magazines but I have lots of old French newspapers and magazines, that's why it's in French. Hope you don't mind.

Hej Helle.
Ja, det er hyggeligt at mødes flere steder :-)
Du kan også bruge Google Translate i stedet for ordbog, dog er oversættelsen ikke altid lige korrekt.... Kh
