I do that too, prettylily, but I take something from the bar with me! ;-)

Val, that looks great en masse! Are they done on both sides? I guess you'd have to display them on glass or in mid air then?

I'm having a great time making slide art, but for the mailing do we have to make 2 slides with 4 images, front and back or just one side? Please say one side or this will take forever!

I can see why you headed for the bar, Val.  Awesome collection.  Hard choices, if you have a limit.  Was Bianca choosing what should be in the exhibition or culling the ones that should not be shown?  You do have quite a variety there!

BTW, I thought you were heading to Paris this weekend.  Are you still going?

I don't head for the bar....I just get in bed and pull the covers over my head.  With my two cats...of course!

Bonsoir Ladies and Gentlemen, Boys and Girls, Snooky le Chien, and Arty Slides Internationalists wherever you are!

Later this week I 'll try and arrange some of my Arty Slides on small canvasses for my Exhibitions.

I dug a few out this afternoon, spread them out on the bed, and thought about how I could group them. Trouble came to help (of course), and is photographed here. Bianca joined in later and set about knocking them on the floor one by one, but I didn't manage to photograph her contribution.

I couldn't decide how to group them, so I went to the bar instead.

Yeah, yeah, Angie, you have a reputaion as SUPERGIRL!  Faster than a flying stamp!!  You and some other who I will not name.  I am sure you are on my IOU list already a zillion times already.  Hey, be sure WHATEVER you send out as one of your 365!

Angie & Snooky are always first out of the gate.  And they always send GREAT stuff.  Snooky keeps Angie hopping!

PLEASE, PLEASE everyone - I have not signed up for the March exchange yet, as I am not sure how fast I can workin this small format.  So none for me yet.  I'll let you know when I have a handle on it.  It is new for me.  I'm still trying to paint frames!

Missed the text part while adding the pic below but these are the first arty slides to show up.  Thank-you Angie and Snooky for the slides and the cards. I've realized that I had a totally different idea about these and how to use them, I love seeing everyone else's ideas.  Looking forward to more arty slide mail coming my way :)

Bonjour Val!  My slide holders are new, intact, old stock paper ones.  Glue wouldn't work on what I was placing inside, so I ended up using a gel medium.  Worked great.
