Neil,

According to Salvator Dali the belly button of the word is the railway station of Perpignan, in the south of France, not far from the Spanish border. I went there but was quite disappointed. So Delphi is a better though much older choice.

Hee, heee, heee...Helene, Greece (being the foundation stone of Western Civilization ;-) accepts wholeheartedly dual/triple citizenships. I, for one, have two very valid passports. I am hoping that a third passport, one to UTOPIA, will be highly recognized . Yay!

Heleen de Vaan, I think that you do not have to choose between your father and your mother, Utopia being a part of the country which exists only in my spirit, I do not believe that the authorities of your country will be disturbed if you take the double nationality ! ;-)

An urgent question to all who request a Utopian passport/nationality:

What do the authorities in your own countries think about having more than one nationality?

In the Netherlands it is problematic: the leading politicians want people who already have two passports to quit one of these (which to me seems impossible: when you feel both Dutch and Utopian and you are forced to choose, it feels like you have to choose between your father and mother...).

This way I hardly dare to apply for it in public... What would you do?
