I am expecting a visit from him and his compagnon Josiane Hubert in December, always a pleasure to talk and exchange views with them! Those who know my first collage book will remember I consider RV as a mentor and educator in art and collages, my REAL teacher in fact, I learned hardly anything in art academies !!! Sigh...

Here is a new painting I did I quite like and called L’APPROCHE DE LA MORT

The French is so much more opening the image: it is not only death is approaching me but also me approaching death as well, oh well ....

They got used to her so now she just hangs out on the wall, looking pretty.
