Bad, bad storms in the Midwest, eh?
And it looks like D.C. will get rains and storms....
same here...same grey, heavy clouds. :-(

to the moon...and the planets...and the stars...and beyond!
'twas told that there would be a planet line-up in the early evening sky tonight, June 6.
But on google, I read that it is actually:
Venus...near the stars Pollux and Castor.
Also, Mars should be seen hugging a blue star.
But, as we have rain and cloud coverage here in Greece,
only through my tall, Greek, blue grass might I see anything. sigh.

"Full Pink Moon" – April 28/29 2010
This name came from the herb moss pink, or wild ground phlox, which is one of the earliest widespread flowers of the spring. Other names for this month’s celestial body include the Full Sprouting Grass Moon, the Egg Moon, and among coastal tribes the Full Fish Moon, because this was the time that the shad swam upstream to spawn.

Hmmmm. "Sprouting Tall Greek Blue Grass" Full moon?
