Just a "hair line" difference they say in Greece. Beautiful photo, Susan! Wish I could see the April Full Moon...but we have cloud coverage, and rain predicted until Thursday :-( thanks for sharing!

Hi Susan, I did not get it either, it was enormous but the news showed it hot pink and so big the Capitol building looked like a miniature.

Tonight...March Full Moon...closer to the earth by some 50,000 km.

Usually 406,375 (yearly average 380,00-)...tonight: 356,577 km away.

If there are no clouds, around 9:30 pm!

Cloudy and overcast in Greece tonight :-( And I am sure that those in the Chicago area, and Wisconsin, Michigan, etc. understand exactly why tonight we will have a :

"SNOW  FULL  MOON".

But for our mail art friends in South Africa or Australia...it should be like a "Harvest Moon"/an "August Moon"?

February 18, 2011: SNOW FULL MOON

Thanks Susan...let's hope that for February you will not be having a "FULL SNOW moon"! hope you have clear skies to see the moon tonight, it is bright and shiny! And the night air is crisp and cold!
