My friend Steven Leiber just passed away. He was the world's authority on artistic ephemera, and one of the few art dealers to seriously consider Mail Art as an important component of Contemporary Art. Some may not agree with his sale of Mail Art, but it is an important process in the eventual acknowledgement of Mail Art as a important field of artistic practice.
