My good sewing machine is in the shop.... They say the electronics are bad... They need to send it to Pfaff and it will cost me $250 to send it in for diagnostics. Then....I get to pay for repair???
What to do? ..........
She's 8 years old..... But I love her.

Received this very creative piece from Thom Courcelle entitled "mend"...see how he "mends" the two sides together with yarn and carries over the flower theme...it is awesome!

Hi Helga .... No reason....some are square some are not...just my choice I suppose and.... The fabric ...I have a whole stash of small pieces that I am trying to use up...

I hope this isn't a silly question... But why are so many of the little art quilts posted here that distinctive shape? Where they done for a swap?

I received a sweet little book from Amy Irwen in yesterday's mail. When folded, it's ATC-sized.

The cover features a fine fat fish made out of beautiful stitchery and thread work, and I love the colors!

Flip it over, and there's a garden of glorious orange lilies!
