Thank you, Matthew, your Vispo One arrived in Greece today! Super yellow color and markings!

...also the envelope stamp is great "R"...for "riot"?!

Last day of February and I have ALMOST 10 !

I have 9 so far from Vispo Book One:

1. Janine Weiss (Switzerland)

2. Guido Vermeulen (Belgium)

3. Diane Keys (Elgin, Illinois USA)

4. Cheryl Penn (South Africa)

5. Bernd Reichert (Belgium)

6. Rebecca Guyver (UK)

7. Susan Mortimer (UK)

8. Matthew Stole (Madison, Wisconsin USA)

9. Katerina (mine) (Greece)

Thanks for posting these photos.  I made similar mini paintings on all of the envelopes.  The R is for a lot of things.  During X-rays of the hand an R or L is placed down like a scrabble piece perhaps with the initials of the aid or doctor.  Jean-Michael would approve. The "R" stamp is from an old wooden set I bought in an antique store...

Oh, I have been searching the Greek markets for old wooden type, but not found any yet. This is very nice, Matthew, and interesting about the "R" and "L" on x-rays!

Are you at the U of Wisc. in Madison? I have been there often, have relatives in that lovely town!

Was at the airport in Sept,.2010...ah, beautiful Wisconsin!

I was all but kicked out of the UW art department as an undergrad in 2004.  :(  At least I've gotten to know some good people in the UW art departments - & the arts community just gets better around here.  Cool you visited!   - Matthew

'Looking good KDJ! You were busy with all the DKult Kits, but seems you are sending us zome zuper zalop!

WOW! arrived in Greece today! Thank you, KDJ.

Let me post a few pics here, just to tantalize those who need to complete theirs soon!

"In a beautiful late afternoon"...

I have a favorite phrase and image, already...memories of days "Εις στη Πόλη" (in Istanbul!)

Hi, I blogged Rebecca Guyver's chapter in the project

http://iuoma-network.ning.com/profiles/blogs/received-rebecca-guyve...

Good morning :-) - its time to call this project a day.  I know that there is work out there in the mail, but some participants have been very quiet and we've heard nothing. Queries are coming in - so if you have work outstanding or not even posted, please let us know so that we can begin the wrap. :-) X

10 have arrived in Greece so far:

still missing/outstabding are:

Victoria Barvenko

Richard Canard

Alfonso Filieri

Cleveland Wall (on-the-way?)

D.V.Sloan (on-the-way?)

5 outstanding! Maybe only 3? hope to see them all soon!

KDJ - you have outdone yourself - MANY thanks for your beautiful vispo - I LOVE the substance of it - the weight of the pages - I'm suffering from sever chuffyness today :-) ! X
