Event Description

Poets, artists, performers, visitors and works are the protagonists of those moments that have been crystallised in photographs, the archive of our memory. The analogical pictures have been taken on Kodak, Fuji and Ferrania films, whereas the most recent pictures are all digital. This is an archive that cannot get lost and this is the point with spreading those pictures. This book, though, has not been conceived for nostalgically remembering the past but rather for keeping alive the memory of it – which can be deformed in many ways in the course of time - by creating a viewpoint over what happened and what is happening.

A selection of works made for the Tree of Poetry coming from 41 different nations spread over all the continents. An example of positive globalisation of art. A way to live differently the desire for Poetry not just as a pose but rather as a form engagement in making poetry that becomes a distinguishing feature while at the same time it creates those synergies providing the most important connections in the Mailart Network.
