RATIONAL THOUGHT - A Stamp Essay by Adam Roussopoulos

Another fantastic concept by this prolific Artistamp Essayist that merges stamp book practice with the goal of achieving rational thought. As always, everything has been done to a "T" and all in the convenient form of a standard #10 envelope (USA standard nomenclature).
I was impressed by the USPS as well in this case as the mailpiece arrived only 3 days after posting.

I like how the envelope front confused the mail processing machinery such that the postmark/cancellation was applied on the back side, upside down.

My receiving datestamp in green was applied next to the franking. All other markings and adhesives were made by "Mr. Forgettable" and the USPS.

And a CORRECTION: the delivery time was 5 days, or about 2 days more than in years past from the Twin Cities to Deadwood.
