Where does IUOMA stand for?

I started IUOMA with as meaning: "International Union of Mail-Artists". On the Italian Embassy of the IUOMA, Vittore baroni from ViaReggio called it: "Idiots United Orchestrate Mysterious Acrobatics".

That started this discussion. Where should IUOMA stand for?
