The Polo Mint Adventures Part 9: Bonnefanten Museum, Maastricht

Here we are again, back on the Polo Mint trail again.

This time at the Bonnefanten Museum, Maastricht, the Netherlands, on 24 June, 2014.

Where the Polo Minting had a rather sad ending.

To recap: the idea of this series is to place a Polo Mint on a work of art in a gallery, museum or wherever I happen to find something interesting, take a quick photo, and then move on before I get asked to leave, or thrown out, or followed round by suspicious security guards, etc.

Here's a Polo Mint:

It's very small (about 1/2 inch/1.5 cms), and some of the pieces that i put it on are rther large, so you have to look quite carefully to find it in the photos below.

The lucky (ha!) artist who got Polo Minted was Istvan Csakany.

Ready, Steady, Here we Go.....

"And then, Val, what happened? Did you get thrown out of the Bonnefanten Museum?"

What happened? THE BATTERY ON MY CAMERA DIED and I had to stop.

Which was a great pity, as I was having fun and this had the makings of an interesting Adventure.
