So it took me awhile to figure this one out.  A card, a rubber band, what relationship could they have together?Luckily there were instructions.  But being a man who never reads instructions, I took it upon myself.  And here it is, four hours later.It really only took me 5 minutes to put the two together, and 3:55 to get it officially certified watertight and seaworthy.
