May 28, 2011 - The first mail-art I saw from Eduardo Cardoso immediately impressed me as being excellent visual poetry. Clearly he works in other areas as well  showing great talent and skill, not the least of which is concept art. Mail-artists are synthesizing many forms and concepts these days. This recent piece I received from Eduardo seems to be a beautifully composed collage with an emphasis on textual elements. He has pioneered Minimal Mail-art, and I can see that quality present too. All in all, it's a stand-out piece for my growing "Eduardo File." His envelopes are keepers too:

Any mail-art received from Eduardo is a pleasant surprise. I was always look forward to wht he will do next - a true innovator indeed. Eduardo Cardoso has a spectacularly original and popular blog that is well worth frequent visits:
