Revived this beautiful work with braille language...

i have to think the way to send something back in braille..
i think that the Postage-paid don't work in Portugal.

You should be able to use the envelope as Portugal is a part of the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and a UN member country. You might have to add words in a different language or the international symbol for Blind Post. The photo is of that symbol for Cecograms, and can be printed or stamped on the letter or package.
