After a little trial and error I have decided that my favorite method for these avery postcard sheets is to print onto postal labels, cut the image to size and attach that to the postcard. Much more interesting look. The avery sheets came as a pack of 50, which makes 200 cards, so I have a bunch.

These are the designs I've made up to now. The GPO cards ended up being 16 pieces total, the rest of these are all only 4 pieces each. They are laser printer to postal label to cardstock. Some may be hand colored.

Other fun information:

+ I have begun a major reorganization of my current archives, separating out all the best things, estimating what new storage materials I need etc. There is a nice amount of mail art and zines in here, much of it from 1990-1995.  I will post a picture or two in a short while.

+ I feel like this is not going to make sense to anyone so I'll put it in short simple terms and move on: This mail art project only started a week ago. Still, this is among the rarest few projects of my own initiation that have made so much logical sense. There are many moving parts and a lot of work to do. I will probably be doing this for a few years.

Still, it's only been a few days. Nothing has arrived. As soon as I have interesting inbound items to share, I'll post here.

+ I send mail art to anyone who sends mail art to me, or even just their postal address. I do not accept postal addresses over the internet except here on IUOMA. So if you haven't already, hit me up if you want me to send you something.

Direct your mail art etc. to the postal address on my IUOMA page. Thanks for looking.
