This piece arrived in a beautiful box. She says she found this crushed can tucked inside a tree. I think she must have sanded this down to get the sheen on it that does make it look lunar. It's mounted on a 5 by 7 or so posterboard and looks to be leaping out. I really love this thank you sooo much Lisa! very elegant trashpo--so classy I think it's more of  trachic

Omigod, Lisa, are you kidding? Yes, you have to be. If you're not kidding, WOW and am I going to be delirious!

Yah, "To Kill a Mockingbird" is one of my all-time favorite books AND movies. Named one of my cats after Scout. Have one now that should be named Boo.

Praise heaven someone still has a partially intact memory. I guess David was "Clean for Gene" during his presidential run and remembers a few days of the 70s.

Yes, Boo Radley leaves his treasures for Scout in the tree. Our tree is the mailbox.

Yes, was... There was some 50th anniversary of its publication last year or the year before and it experienced a minor revival.

I would have thought that was standard school literature - it is - no, let me make that WAS here :-) X

I don't know who knows what. "To Kill A Mocking Bird" is kinda esoteric unless you're interested in Alabama and maybe Truman Capote.

Is that a rhetorical question??

This also made me think of the book and movie "To Kill A Mocking Bird." Doesn't that Boo character leave bits of trash in a tree that the kids find? It's sort of Trashpo because they try to figure out what the bits and pieces mean. Does anyone else know "To Kill A Mocking Bird"?
